Complex Adaptive Learning embodies our work in organizational learning and knowledge management. When what is “true” changes so quickly, the focus shifts to addressing the adaptive learning process itself rather than on any specific subject or skill being taught. This point of view is that what is “learned, unlearned and relearned” is infinitely more complex than what is “taught.”
The goal is to shift patterns of behavior and encourage emerging and pattern shifting “dynamic” outcomes. We focus on the patterns of connections, information, and exchanges between individuals, teams, functions, customers, vendors, competitors etc. as a complex process.
